Assessing patient needs Serve as a group leader for specified units within the facility Collaborate with healthcare team members including the DON, Nurse Practitioners, Resident Physician, Nurses and aides to execute a plan of care Administer direct patient care Lead and instill a positive team culture What you need to succeed:
One or more years of experience in a skilled nursing facility, preferably in a supervisory role Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage people and outcomes Dedication to a high level of quality and service Demonstrate positive teamwork and professionalism Credentials:
