Responsibilities:
- Plan and book travel arrangements for clients, including flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, and activities- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the booking process- Research destinations and provide recommendations based on client preferences- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in travel regulations- Process payments and manage client accounts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or as a travel agent preferred- Sales and customer service experience - Personal travel experience (domestic and international- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
