Summary:
Responsible for the scheduling, planning, and overseeing of all external events.
Touring the facility and communicating with prospective clients.
The position is responsible for supervising the bar, facility, and staff members during large external events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
o Oversee and manage all wedding receptions and other large events.
o Schedule, contract, send invoices, and bar details to clients and appropriate staff members.
o Answer and direct phone calls.
o Run errands during large events and any additional help during said events.
o Manage the Bar.
Duties include bar back (if necessary), schedule bartenders, order alcohol, train new bartenders, maintain a detailed bar inventory document, create a bar menu and provide a summary report and help with clean up at the end of each event.
o Arrange meetings with potential clients touring the facility.
o Coordinate with external clients prior to their event to obtain event details and set-up needs.
o Consistently update wedding planner packet, wedding websites, and related documents.
o Keep record of all client liability information and catering licenses.
o Maintain and update all external events in Caterease and Outlook.
o Reports to Building Manager for any additional duties
Qualifications:
EUR Ability to communicate effectively with management and other staff members.
EUR Great organizational skills.
EUR Some experience of the following:
bar management, banquet management, and supervising a staff.
EUR Strong Computer and Writing Skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products.
EUR Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.

$11 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
