Responsibilities:
Load dishes in a dish machine.
Safely and efficiently use dish machine and cleaning supplies.
Demonstrate a full understanding of proper food handling and preparation practices.
Maintain satisfactory performance standards, including time management and customer service.
Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and food handling procedures.
Clean all surfaces of restaurant as instructed by management.
