Our goal is to create pure joy through food.
We focus on wholesaling croissants all across the area and nationally.
Our focus is on traditional croissants with pure ingredients and traditional techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of croissants - Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste - Decorate and present croissants in an appealing manner - Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with other bakery team members to coordinate baking schedules - Package croissants to be shipped out Requirements:
- Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients - Ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt to changing needs - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment - Excellent teamwork and communication skills Note:
