If you are a Registered Veterinary technician in the state of Ohio or able to obtain licensure in the state of Ohio within 8 weeks post hire and are truly interested, please apply.

The ideal candidate must be competent in the profession as a licensed /registered veterinary technician, motivated, conscientious and be able to work in a fast-paced practice with a positive attitude while maintaining professionalism with care for clients and pets.
A strong work ethic and communication skill(s) with clientele and team members are a must.
Current VeterinaryTechnician students in their final semester in an educational field of Veterinary Technology are encouraged to apply.
Duties are not limited to:
Work closely with all Doctors and support staff Accurate patient history and documentation Triage patient care Proficient using digital radiology/PennHIP Certified Anesthesia induction, monitoring and recovery Dental Prophylaxis IV Catheter placement,fluid calculations and maintenance Patient care and monitoring Preparation of prescription medications Ability to preform mathematical skills Answering telephone Educating/teaching clients regarding pet care Intake/Discharge of pets Follow-up calls to clients regarding pet issues Exam room etiquette
