Pest Control Customer Care Representative (CCR)
Summary:
Our Customer Care Representatives serve as the primary point of contact for our pest control customers.
We are hiring a full-time team member to provide best-in-class customer service by coordinating service route schedules, answering customer inquiries to align them with the right service or program, resolving customer issues and concerns, and communicating with our management and field operations teams.

Full Time (8am-5pm) Pay &

Responsibilities:
Responsible for answering and logging calls in a timely manner from customers, technicians, and management.
Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on a variety of pest control services offerings.
Schedule appointments for new and recurring customers through our systems and softwares.
Ability to multitask, prioritize daily activities, and manage your time efficiently.
Assist in evaluating and optimizing the daily work schedules of our technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
Taking detailed, accurate and timely notes on accounts from multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational and confidentiality skills are necessary.
Support in other office duties including, but not limited to, making customer notification calls/emails, processing payments, data management, etc.
Support HR Services when needed.
Requirements:
High School Degree or GED.
Pest control industry is a plus but not required.
Have at least 1 year of customer service experience, specifically communicating with customers via phone and email.
Ability to work 8am-12pm, 5 of 10 Saturdays between the end of April and the end of July.
Ability to read and learn technical materials associated with pest control products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong history of learning and using new technologies , especially work with Customer Relationship Software (CRM).
