Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Enter orders into the POS system (Point of Sale) - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure accurate order preparation - Adhere to sanitation and food safety guidelines - Provide recommendations on menu items and answer customer inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is desirable - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction Note:
