Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team.
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing various accounting tasks, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate accounting and possess excellent attention to detail.
Duties:
- Perform double entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records - Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions - Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents - Prepare and process payroll for employees - Generate financial reports and assist with financial analysis - Conduct balance sheet reconciliations - Record journal entries and maintain general ledger - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Skills:
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in Quickbooks and MS Excel - Experience with accounts receivable and account reconciliation - Knowledge of payroll processing procedures - Ability to write financial reports effectively - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities This is a full-time position with competitive compensation based on experience.
