Summary:
We are seeking a Technician to join our Wildlife Management team.
The ideal candidate will possess a self-starter attitude, the ability to problem solve effectively, and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
This position will require heavy lifting, frequent work on ladders, roofs, and in small spaces.

Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of wildlife prevention, removal, and exclusion services for residential and commercial customers.
Inspect the interior and exterior of properties for wildlife activity and entry points.
Perform exclusion and removal of wildlife where needed.
Use power and hand tools to access areas for exclusion, cut and install exclusion materials, and repair minor structural damage caused by wildlife.
Educate customers on wildlife behavior and recommend preventive measures.
Accurately document service visits by taking detailed notes and pictures of the service area.
Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in wildlife management, carpentry, roofing, or construction is preferred.
Ability to safely move and work on ladders, roofs, and in confined spaces.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
This includes moving ladders, tools, materials, etc.
Ability to pass the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) nuisance wild animal control operator test within your first 90 days of employment.
Training will be provided.
Display excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to work some weekends between April and July.
