Sales Representative
SUPERSTARS ONLY $40K TO $75K
Don't even call unless you are an overachiever and can prove it. Come join our busy, successful insurance agency in Sylvania. We hire top producers but we don't hire background. If you are average you can earn $40,000 and if you are a star you can earn $75,000 +. Young or old, if you have the stuff, we'll know.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Self-motivated
- Awesome at opening doors and setting appointments
- A terrific presenter and communicator
- A dynamite closer
- Able to work independently and also within a small group
- Good at multi-tasking skills
- P&C Licensed or willing to obtain
Job responsibilities will include:
- Calling, presenting, and selling insurance products and services
- Perform client focused needs analysis meetings
- Building relationships with clients
- Setting daily goals with an action plan
- Having proficient computer skills
