MT / MLT / Medical Technologist II - Per Diem - Variable

The role of the medical technologist is an integral part for nearly every medical diagnosis and is increasingly in demand as the number of patients increase. The position is ideal for candidates that are in search of roles involving laboratory testing, analyzing results, leadership roles, and continued personal growth. A great position for those analytical thinkers that want to make a real difference in patients' lives.
As a medical lab scientist at ProMedica, you will play an important role in the detection, diagnosis and treatment of many diseases. Aided by advanced technology, you will perform and analyze critical lab tests. You will also confirm test results and help develop data that may be used by a physician to determine the presence, extent and cause of a disease. It is estimated that 70-80% of all medical decisions are made based on the results of laboratory tests.
